The Nelson Airport Customer Experience application is thus developed to collect data from android devices, making the process more secure, effective & efficient.
The data collection at Nelson Airport is done in order to understand the customer profile and is collected to betterment to enhance customer experience that is provided in Nelson Airport. The survey team required a new way of collecting the data that will decrease the data collection and analysis portion more secure, reliable, effective & efficient. Hence, the development of mobile application to collect data, and a proper & secure backend to analyze the data.

An android mobile application is built with Android Studio. The application lets the survey team to collect the survey questions and submit to the backend side for further data research.
The mind-mapping (rough project flow) was done at first. After mind-mapping for Nelson Airport project was done and confirmed, the wireframes were skeched with pen and pappers. The designs then were reflected with the help of sketchup tool.
The designs after getting locked down, the user stories were written for the overall project. The project backlogs were created on a JIRA board separated with Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance criteria. The user story points were noted, sprints were planned, and perfectly shippable product was delivered in each sprint.
The final product was released after all the user stories were completed on project backlog.
The designs are done using Sketchup tool. The color pallets were choosen with given style guides. Below are the color assets & fonts used in the project.
