Story

The Story

After a very quick survey, proper definition of a product need, and a good meeting with the prospect and other team members, eChallan is decided with the group of team members from Mallika Incorporates, and related team members. The project is about solving a problem that the traffic police officers, and vehicle owners are facing right now; hand-written "चिट". The handwritten "चिट" getting lost and considered as an inconvenient way to raise a ticket to the violator. A requirement of a pure digital way of giving a ticket; hence, E-challan.

Alpas Technology Pvt. Ltd. is well known to be one of the best mobile application developing IT service company based in Kathmandu, Nepal, developed an Android mobile application to the Nepal Government (Traffic Police). Besides the major objective of the project to solve an initial problem, the project is termed to connect a bluetooth printer with a custom built android mobile application, through which Traffic Officer can print a "चिट" digitally, instantly, and securely.

The Core

An Application that is built by Alpas Technology includes an UI/UX designs, and Android Application integrating the bluetooth printer for Nepal Government (Traffic Police).

An android mobile application is built with Android Studio. The application connects bluetooth printer through which the Traffic officers will be able to print violation ticket instantly.

The mind-mapping (rough project flow) was done at first. After mind-mapping for e-Challan project was done and confirmed, the wireframes were done with pen and pappers. The designs then were reflected with the help of sketchup tool.

The designs after getting locked down, the user stories were written for the overall project. The project backlogs were created on a Trello board separated with Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance criteria. The user story points were noted, sprints were planned, and perfectly shippable product was delivered in each sprint.

The final product was released after all the user stories were completed on project backlog.
