What is Leo Social Business Challenge?

Leo Social Business Challenge is an idea pitching forum open for all age groups. This incubator program provides a group of business-minded people selected as finalists, a wide range of workshops, mentorships, and even investment through a competition.

Kathmandu | Recently, in Leo Social Business Challenge 2021, the top 30 participants have been selected based on the business plan and pitching video mentioned in the form of the participants. Leo Social Business Challenge Orientation was given to the Top 30s yesterday, where every business young mind can launch their ideas on Entrepreneur’s hot spots from anywhere and get a chance to win a cash prize of Rs. 60,000 or in-kind amount worth 10,00,000.

This platform will develop their business idea into an executable plan through a series of workshops, mentorship, training followed by an idea pitching.

Leo District Council, 325, B1 challenge to come up with a theme for the business idea which will solve the social problem.. So based on this theme, the idea pitcher can present their idea of any field.

The participants were briefed on the workshop timeline and mentorship. As per the program coordinator, Mr. Susan Dangol, “all the selected teams will get mentors and now the teams have to present their ideas in a big way to move forward in the coming days of Leo Social Business Challenge 2021”.

Every participant will be provided workshops on design thinking, business plan development, marketing, finance, etc., virtually. The worshop will start on June 10 and end on June 17.
